Dark tart cherries, blueberries, pomegranate arils, red raspberries and strawberries are blended together with almond milk, vanilla and a bit of honey to create this antioxidant packed smoothie.
Yield: (3) 8 ounces smoothies or (1) 24 ounce smoothie
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk or another milk of your choice
- 2 cups frozen antioxidant fruit mixture, feel free to adjust fruit amounts however you like
- 2-3 tablespoons honey, adjust to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Layer ingredients into the blender in the order listed. Puree until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired. Enjoy!
